About Me

There is nothing more important in life than family. My husband Ron and I have two children married to wonderful spouses, and five grands. It wouldn't be right to leave out Livia, our kitty. 

I began my working life as an RN. My husband and I have lived in 19 different places! So, I worked in many different phases of nursing. I began to write seriously eleven years ago. I absolutely love my second career. Fun fact, I also worked five years in the CIA. I could write some stories...

About eleven years ago, I began to get serious with the craft of writing. It took a day or so before I was completely hooked. I threw myself into How-to books, classes, conferences, and forums. I've had wonderful teachers along the way, and my friends and family were amazingly generous with their time in reading and critiquing every word I wrote. 

The end result of all this wonderful help was my first novel, Missing Emily.

I admit it. I'm not proficient at social media! But I'm going to work harder. I love hearing from people who have read my books. I have an author page on Facebook, and a Twitter account. If you cam take the time to converse with me, I promise to be there.
